The evening will commence with a 15 minute discussion of the importance of yoga and healing as a practice for the self and as a practice of seva (giving to others).

8PM - 8.30PM - HOLY FIRE REIKI HEALING MEDITATION
8.30PM - 9PM SNACKS AND SOCIALISING
Jordan Ashley, founder of Souljourn Yoga will then lead a 45 minute heart opening and restorative yoga practice. Reiki Master and The Calmery founder Sushma Sagar will then lead you in a special, guided meditation, where you will have your own personal Holy Fire reiki healing experience. The easy-to-follow steps will take you to a deeply relaxed, meditative state, where healing, regeneration and insights may occur.
Holy Fire Reiki energy is a contemporary form of reiki energy with a very high and fine vibration. Users report feelings of unconditional love, support and nurturing in these experiences; they are unique to each person and generally feel amazing. Suitable for beginners with no reiki or meditation experience.
The evening will conclude with socializing and snacks provided by our friends at Happy Tummy Co, Love Corn and Aloe Vera Juice.
All proceeds from this afternoon will go directly to the Souljourn Yoga Foundation. Souljourn Yoga is a 501c(3) Non-Profit Organization with a focus on raising awareness and funds for girls' education in developing countries through global yoga retreats and local events. For every participant going on a Souljourn Yoga Retreat, $300-500 of the total amount of the cost of retreat will be donated directly to the participating girls organization that we will be meeting, embracing, and learning about on our trip abroad.
