Join us at Sangha Yoga in NY! This summer you are invited to explore deep heart-opening by delving into your vinyasa practice to enjoy a sweet combination of meditative flow, hands-on adjustments and back-bends. At the beginning of the workshop, you will be asked to journal and have a discussion about different kinds of ways to create heart-opening through practicing compassion and kindness both on and off of the yoga mat. With the integration of the spiritual aspects of yoga, we will use the heat and strength that we build in our practice to lead us into the fearless part of our being. Feel inspired with loads of sun salutations, fierce asanas and challenging movements taking you around your mat and deep into your mind. Ultimately, we will slow down and cool down with a restorative practice infused with Reiki and essential oils leaving the mind quiet and the heart more open. Please bring a pen, journal, and something to add to our altar (that will be returned to you at the end of the workshop). This workshop is for anyone who feels like they want to have their yoga physical practice reach the next level in that it entering different aspects of their lives, once they leave the studio for instance for them to maintain that same “yoga bliss” that we experience after an asana class.
